• Search for and find the files or folders with documents that you wish to share across the network. If these files are to be accessed from other computers on the network, double click on “My Computer” option from the desktop of that computer or the Start menu, then in the left panel go to “My Network Places” and click on the name of the computer where these shared files are stored.
